Software Engineer + Architect
Building elegant solutions to complex problems
I didn't start my career in tech — I spent more than a decade in customer service and business management before becoming a software developer in 2015. That background shaped how I think about building products: listen well, understand real needs, reduce friction, and aim for something people genuinely enjoy using.
These days I focus on front-end architecture, modular systems, clean patterns, and tooling that helps teams move faster with less confusion. I like solving problems in a way that feels thoughtful and calm, and I enjoy helping teammates grow by making complex ideas easier to understand.
My top priority as a developer is simple: build software people love to use. That might mean a smooth user experience, clearer code, or removing three steps nobody should have to deal with.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the woodshop, working on house projects, or dialing in a great cup of coffee. I appreciate things that are well-made, durable, and designed with care — whether it's furniture, tools, or code.
